How can I return an item?
You can return all products (except food, books, CDs, DVDs, underwear, vegetables and frozen foods) within 8 days, in their original packaging and upon presentation of the receipt (and the label for clothing and shoes) in all NOZ stores. The refund is made only by credit card.

How to be sure of NOZ products' quality?
All of the NOZ products are checked and tested upstream in order to comply with French regulations and guarantee their compliance.
Several temperature checks are carried out on a daily basis on frozen products, from their purchase from the supplier until they are sold in our stores, in order to guarantee compliance with the cold chain and optimal quality.
I lost something in store, what should I do?

Customer service is available by email : service.client@noz.fr or by phone at 02 43 01 56 66, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Where do NOZ products come from?
Products come from batches in limited quantities, resulting exclusively from overstocks, end of series, end of collections, changes in packaging, canceled orders, damaged packaging or even bankruptcies, auctions. NOZ allows us to give a second life to these non-marketable products via the traditional channels of our suppliers.
What products can I find in store?
You can find various products such as: food / frozen foods, ready-to-wear / accessories, hygiene and beauty products, sports equipment, cultural products (books, CDs, DVDs), DIY / gardening or even decoration and home comfort (furniture, appliances, decoration, dishes).
Can I buy online? Why?
The large diversity of products, the overly varied batch typology and the confidentiality guaranteed to our suppliers do not allow NOZ to sell products online. The good deals can be exclusively found in stores.
