The Campus
Located in Laval (53) since 2013, the NOZ Universe campus welcomes more than 500 employees every day in an innovative setting close to nature.
The campus
Located in Saint-Berthevin near Laval (Mayenne), the NOZ Universe Campus spans an area of 12 hectares, including a modern 10,000 m2 building that receives the 500 employees on site every day, as well as a park and pond. The interior architecture is arranged around large open spaces, all linked by a main thoroughfare: La Grand Rue. Comprised of co-working spaces and meeting rooms, this configuration encourages collaboration.
Aware that employee motivation depends on personal fulfilment and a quality working environment, the NOZ Universe is one of the French companies that invest in the comfort and well-being of their teams.
At its Saint-Berthevin campus, the NOZ Universe has set up a number of services to enable its employees to develop in an attractive environment, and enjoy a better balance between their professional and personal lives.
At NOZ Universe offices, well-being at work is a daily priority.
Concierge
A concierge service is available to employees to simplify personal organisation during the week: reception and dispatch of personal mail and/or parcels, preferential rates for leisure activities and holidays, electric bike hire, and more. And for even more services, a company garage is currently under construction to host vehicles belonging to the NOZ Universe and its employees.
The list of services on offer is expanded throughout the year in line with the changing needs expressed by the teams on campus. These services are a real time-saver, making life easier and work more relaxed for everyone.
Food services and relaxation
A wide range of quality food services are available every day on campus, including catering, themed food trucks and a delivery service with ready-made meals and home-made sandwiches.
A canteen area is also available, with refrigerators and microwave ovens, for those who prefer to bring their own meals.
After lunch, employees can enjoy a relaxing area where they can meet for a coffee, a game of table football, billiards or video games.
Sport classes
For employees who wish to practise a sport on campus, free sports lessons are organised at lunchtime or in the evening: TAB (thighs, abs, buttocks), fitness, LIA (Low Impact Aerobics), Pilates, muscle strengthening, yoga... the choice is yours!
Shared garden
There’s also a shared vegetable garden on campus!2 Its 5m² plots can be cultivated free of charge, and are available on lunch periods or at weekends. It’s a unique moment to share with colleagues, friends or family!
Carpooling
Employees are encouraged to carpool for their daily commute. To facilitate this, the BlaBlaCar Daily “home-work” platform was adopted in 2021 to enable campus employees to easily find a carpool.
Company nursery
A company nursery, just a few steps from the offices, primarily caters to the children of NOZ Universe employees. Opened in September 2014 with 10 cots, it obtained approval for 36 cots at the end of 2015. "Les Mininoïz" is a cosy place that is just like home, for a gentle transition for young and old alike.
Whether they are 10 weeks or 5 years old, every child is welcomed as an explorer. The 16 professionals present every day offer a wide variety of experiences, both inside the crèche (multi sensory, artistic and creative, psychomotor experiences, etc.) and outside (outings to the library, theatre, swimming pool, etc.).
The "Mininoïz" nursery relies on its nature as a company nursery for its development.
As part of the Child-Parent-Professional relationship:
- For example, children can pick up the nursery mail at reception and take the opportunity to give their mum or dad a kiss;
- They can also take part in a sensory bottle-making workshop with their parents before heading home, or have a picnic together between lunch and dinner in the campus park.
As part of the child’s relationship with nature:
- Situated in a green setting that encourages close ties with nature, the nursery gives each child the opportunity to discover the surrounding flora and fauna (ponies, rabbits, small animals in the vegetable garden, etc.) as the seasons go by. It’s an exciting day for our mini NOZ citizens!
Hôtel Le Corbusson
A 30-room hotel with 3-star comfort, located in the heart of a park, welcomes employees for training courses or visiting the NOZ campus in a warm and intimate atmosphere.
With its “family home” feel, the Hôtel Le Corbusson offers comfortable rooms, a table d’hôte that focuses on local produce, and a lounge where you can relax and enjoy after-work drinks. Numerous events are organised here throughout the year.

Château Le Corbusson
Near the hotel, a charming mansion is also nestled in the heart of the wooded estate. For employees and the general public alike, the château is an exceptional venue for seminars, team-building, private receptions, and other events.
The grounds of the château are also open and accessible to employees, who can take advantage of the picnic tables for lunch on sunny days, or go for a jog during their lunch break.

How do I get to the NOZ Universe campus?
Served by the A11 motorway and the Atlantic TGV, Laval is a nerve centre between Rennes and Le Mans, 1.5 hours from Paris by TGV, 1.5 hours from the sea (Saint-Malo) and 20 minutes from Brittany
The Laval station is within easy reach of the NOZ Universe Campus:
- 15 minutes by car
- A bus will drop you off at the Chatelier stop in front of the Campus(download the map and timetable).
