A management mandate is a contract between a company and the NOZ Universe. The agent, alone or with partners, operates a store belonging to the brand, which retains ownership of the premises and merchandise. This merchandise arrives in the store in a pushed flow based on a basic concept. Each month, the agent invoices the retailer for a percentage of the company’s sales, which enables it to cover its operating costs and payroll.
There are many advantages to the management mandate: the agent does not need to make any financial contributions to the company. They manage their own accounts, organisation and resources that they need to run their store. Depending on the store's profitability, a bonus may be awarded to the agent on a monthly basis.
